Here's the honest deal: the first bills are the dataset. Nothing publishes until 5+ bills back it up, so early bills literally decide which procedures and cities go live first.
1. Your email lands in our inbox. 2. We read the line items — procedure, amounts, city, animal. 3. Your name, address, phone number, and anything identifying is stripped. 4. The original photo is deleted — we keep numbers, not images. 5. Once 5+ bills exist for a procedure, the anonymous actuals publish: median, typical range, sample size. Never tied to you or your clinic.
